The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is only responsible for recruiting for positions within the Aviation Authority. Employment opportunities with the other organizations at Orlando International and Orlando Executive Airports, such as the airlines, concessions, parking, security, etc. are handled by each separate organization which must be contacted directly (see the Airport Employment Guide for more details).

If a vacancy requires testing, it will be scheduled only for applicants selected for an interview. Typing and computer testing are valid for 6 months. Persons requiring accommodations for testing, please advise the Human Resources Department once selected for an interview.
Veterans' Preference is given according to Florida Law. If you are claiming Veterans’ Preference you must meet the criteria and substantiate your claim by furnishing a DD214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) and any other required supporting documentation with your employment application.
Applicants selected for employment will be required to successfully pass pre-employment physical examination, which includes drug screening, background check and security badge process including fingerprinting. As a condition of employment, all new employees are required to provide documented proof of their identity and employment eligibility.
Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Employees who wish to apply for posted positions must complete a Vacancy Interview Form, attach all required documentation, licenses, etc. and submit to Human Resources by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date to be considered. Employee’s personnel files will not be reviewed to determine qualifications.
