Celebrations are in order for the newest connection from Latin America to Orlando International Airport by TACA Airlines. The Airline was awarded “Best Airline in Central America” by Skytrax. TACA begins three flights per week utilizing 96 passenger Embraer E190 aircraft to San Salvador with 41 connections throughout Central and South America. The addition of TACA Airlines contributes to Orlando International Airport experiencing a nearly nine percent increase in international service since the beginning of 2009.

TACA becomes the newest international carrier at Orlando International Airport bringing the total number of international destinations to 24 provided by 19 airlines.
